Privacy Policy

This Terms of Service agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“Client,” “you”) and Dealing Media Incorporated, operating as Subsivo (“we,” “us”). By using our services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Description of Service Subsivo provides a private, invite-only subscription management service. We act as your designated agent to manage and facilitate payments for third-party subscription accounts as specified by you. We are not a public payment processor, financial institution, or content provider.

2. Client Authorization By onboarding your accounts, you explicitly authorize Dealing Media Inc. to act as your agent. This authorization includes accessing your specified third-party accounts, managing renewal cycles, and remitting payments to vendors on your behalf using funds you have pre-paid for this purpose.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities You are responsible for providing accurate and current information during onboarding. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Subsivo portal password. You remain fully responsible for your own compliance with the terms and conditions of your third-party service providers.

4. Payments, Fees, and Refunds All fees for our service are billed on a pre-paid basis. Our refund policy is as follows: If we are unable to successfully activate or renew a service on your behalf, you are guaranteed a full refund for that specific transaction. Otherwise, all payments are final and non-refundable once a service has been successfully activated or renewed.

5. Limitation of Liability We will perform our management duties with professional diligence. However, we are not responsible for the performance, uptime, or quality of the third-party services themselves. Our liability is limited to the amount of the service fees you have paid to us for the transaction in question.

6. Termination You may terminate your service agreement with us at any time by providing written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate our services to you if you are in breach of this Agreement.

7. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
